During the service I found mould, dust, musty smell, restricted airflow, heavy build-up, grease / oil and drain / pan build-up. Filters cleaned, evaporator coil cleaned, fan barrel cleaned, drain flushed, casing and louvres cleaned, internal surfaces sanitised, operation and airflow checked, drain tray cleaned and heavy degreaser used. The units were reassembled and checked after cleaning.
