This Strathpine split system had never been professionally cleaned in its five years of use and was one of the worst units I had seen. Heavy dirt and grime had built up deep inside the system, well beyond what a basic filter clean could reach. After a thorough deep clean, the unit was left dramatically cleaner, fresher and ready to run properly again.
What was hiding inside
Five years of heavy dirt and grime had accumulated throughout the internal components. The filters, coil, fan barrel, drain tray and airflow path all required a thorough clean.
What I cleaned
I dismantled and deep cleaned the indoor unit, including the filters, covers, internal coil, fan barrel, drain tray, drain line and airflow path. Everything was then reassembled and the system was tested before I left.
